These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website bouxastskin.uk and the booking of services provided by BOUX ASTHETICS AND SKIN CARE LTD ("we", "us", "our").

By submitting a booking enquiry or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Our Services

We provide professional, non-invasive cosmetic skin care treatments including but not limited to HydraFacials, dermaplaning, LED light therapy, superficial chemical peels, radio frequency facials, and body treatments. All treatments are cosmetic in nature and do not constitute medical treatment.

Treatments are available at our studio (15 Limetree Avenue, Warrington, WA1 4HX) or as a mobile service within the Warrington area (WA1–WA5). A £20 travel surcharge applies to all mobile appointments.

3. Booking & Appointments

Bookings are made by submitting an enquiry via our website contact form, by phone, or by WhatsApp. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written or verbal confirmation from us.

We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking at our discretion, for example if we are fully booked or if a requested treatment is unsuitable for a client based on a pre-treatment assessment.

A complimentary 15-minute skin consultation is included with your first appointment. This allows us to assess your skin and recommend the most suitable treatment.

4. Pricing & Payment

Current service prices are listed on our website. Prices are subject to change; the price applicable to your appointment is that confirmed at the time of booking.

Payment is due at the time of your appointment. We accept payment by bank transfer or other methods confirmed at the time of booking. We will issue an invoice for all services rendered.

Discounted packages are available — details will be provided upon request.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients.

• Cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice: no charge
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment price may apply
• No-shows without notice: the full treatment price may be charged

We understand that emergencies happen and will consider individual circumstances. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.

6. Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with a treatment, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can discuss your concerns and, where appropriate, offer a complimentary follow-up assessment or partial refund at our discretion.

Refunds will not be issued for treatments where the client did not follow pre- or post-treatment advice provided by our therapists, or for changes in expected results that are beyond our control.

We bear sole responsibility for issuing any refunds related to our services. All disputes should be directed to us in the first instance at [email protected].

7. Health & Safety

It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin sensitivities that may affect the suitability of a treatment. We are not liable for adverse reactions arising from undisclosed conditions.

We reserve the right to decline a treatment if, in our professional judgement, it is not safe or appropriate for the client at that time.

All treatments are cosmetic in nature. We do not provide medical advice or diagnosis. If you have a medical skin condition, please consult a qualified medical professional before booking.

8. Mobile Service

For home visit appointments, you agree to provide a suitable, clean, and well-lit space for the treatment to be carried out. We require access to a power supply where applicable.

The mobile service is available within the Warrington area (postcodes WA1–WA5). A £20 travel surcharge applies and will be added to your invoice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from our services is limited to the cost of the treatment provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses.

We maintain appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of BOUX ASTHETICS AND SKIN CARE LTD or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
